• The Employer will pay an amount equal to 20.85% of gross payroll of its Employees each month to the 1199 National Benefit Fund for the purpose of providing medical benefits, disability benefits, death benefits, hospital benefits and other social benefits, if the Employer also makes contributions to the 1199 Pension Fund. (If the Employer is not required to make contributions to the 1199 Pension Fund, then contribution rate to the 1199 National Benefit Fund is 20.35%.)
